Proposing a new way to consume vegetables!
The vegetable fine powders—produced with the fine pulverization technology that we at Mikasa Sangyo have continued to research for many years—are broadly known to ordinary customers as Mikasa’s Domestically-Produced Vegetable Powders.
These powders, which allow anyone to safely, securely, and easily consume delicious vegetables, are a food made by drying fresh domestic vegetables and finely powdering them.
They allow customers to easily consume vegetables by simply mixing, and they meet diverse food needs beyond daily meals, including sweets, baby food, and nursing care food.

Vegetable fine powders can be eaten without heating because they have been sterilized with superheated steam.
They can be used as baby food or nursing care food by mixing them into soups or porridge, or they can be used as is by kneading the powder directly into dough to color and flavor bread and confectioneries.
They can be used as time-saving cooking ingredients because they require no preprocessing such as cutting, boiling, or straining.

(1) Coloring

By using fine powders, you can color with vegetables without using artificial colorings. You can enjoy various colorings by changing the vegetable fine powder.
* For recipes using eggs (egg whites) with purple-fleshed sweet potato fine powder only, there is a risk of color change (purple to gray). [pH adjustment is required]

(2) Flavoring

The flavor can be made stronger if you adjust by increasing the added amount.
 The recommended added amounts are:
・Leafy types: Mixture rate 3 to 5%
・Root/fruit vegetable types: Mixture rate 5 to 8%
・Ginger, fruit skin type… Mixture rate 1 to 3%

(3) Vegetable intake

By reducing and adjusting the amount added, it is possible to create products containing vegetables for people who dislike vegetables. Conversely, it is also possible to increase the amount added to create a product that emphasizes vegetables.
