1940s
Oct. 1949 |
In Shimizu, Yamaguchi City, it is capital 500,000 yen Masao Saeki established Mikasa Sangyo. And he started sale agrochemicals and agricultural materials. |
1950s
May 1953 |
Mikasa Sangyo built the Ogori Factory in Ogori Town, Yamaguchi Prefecture, and started the production of agrochemicals there. |
Apr. 1955 |
Mikasa Sangyo moved its head office into the site of Ogori Factory. |
1960s
Feb. 1962 |
Mikasa Sangyo increased capital to 20.5 million yen. |
Dec. 1965 |
Mikasa Sangyo established Kanto Factory in Koga City, Ibaraki Prefecture and started the production of agrochemicals there. |
Nov. 1969 |
Mikasa Sangyo established Izumo Factory in Hikawa District in the suburbs of Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture and started the production of agrochemicals there. |
1970s
Nov. 1974 |
Mikasa Sangyo increased capitalization to 41 million yen. |
Jun. 1976 |
Mikasa Sangyo moved its head office to a new building in Ogori town, Yamaguchi Prefecture. |
Oct. 1978 |
Mikasa Sangyo increased capital to 52.0 million yen. |
1980s
Dec. 1980 |
Mikasa Sangyo increased capital to 72.384 million yen. |
Jul. 1983 |
Izumo Factory started the production of monochrome toner. |
Mar. 1985 |
Mikasa Sangyo increased capital to 83,603,500 yen. |
Sep. 1986 |
Mikasa Sangyo established Ube Factory in Ube City, Yamaguchi Prefecture and started the production of monochrome toner there. |
1990s
Mar. 1993 |
Mr. Makoto Saeki was appointed as President & CEO. |
Jan. 1998 |
Mikasa Sangyo increased capitalization to 91,963,850 yen. |
Jun. 1999 |
Kanto Factory started recycling business of the toner cartridge. |
2000s
May 2003 |
Mikasa Sangyo went into the field of food processing by applying a fine grinding technology to vegetables. |
Oct. 2004 |
Mikasa Sangyo held the 55th anniversary of founding ceremony on October 15, 2004. |
Nov. 2005 |
Ube Factory and PS Division acquired ISO 9001 certification. |

Mikasa Sangyo constructed the Yamaguchi Factory in Yamaguchi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, and started the production of vegetables powder there. |

Mikasa Sangyo held the 60th anniversary of founding ceremony on October 15, 2009. |
2010s
Aug. 2010 |
Kanto Factory acquired ISO 9001 certification in the design of the recycling toner cartridge and the production. |
Nov. 2010 |
Yamaguchi Factory acquired ISO 22000 certification in production of dehydrated vegetables powder, dehydrated vegetables flakes and dehydrated vegetables chips. |
Jun. 2012 |
Mikasa Sangyo promoted the INF department to “Ai-Sai Division”. Note: INF is an abbreviation of Ideal Natural Foods. Note: The “Ai-Sai” represents the meaning of “Love Vegetables”. |
Aug. 2013 |
Mikasa Sangyo opened a print shop “Combo” in Ube-shi. |
Aug. 2013 |
Functional Foods Division (Ai-Sai Division) was certified to ISO 22000. |
Sep. 2015 |
Yamaguchi Factory was certified to FSSC 22000. |
Jan. 2017 |
Mikasa Sangyo relocated the print shop combo to Yamaguchi-shi Shimogo, and at the same time we set up “Twinkle House Mikasa Kan”. |
Dec. 2018 |
Mikasa Sangyo constructed the Miyazaki Factory in Saito City, Miyazaki Prefecture, and started production of dried vegetable flakes. |
2020s
Feb. 2023 |
Mr. Hiroshi Karasawa was appointed as President & CEO. |
